What is the dashboard?

The dashboard allows a distributor to view a snapshot of their current qualifications towards earning commissions/bonuses as well as their progress towards their next rank advancement.

How are the displayed commission/bonus qualifications calculated?

Qualifications are measured 35 days back from the last day of the qualification period. The dashboard will display the qualifications for the current qualification period.

What is a qualification period?

A Qualification Period is a time frame used to determine if you are qualified to be paid commissions and bonuses for a given bonus period. Qualification periods consist of the last 35 days from the end date of the applicable bonus period.

How are bonus periods determined?

The bonus periods for SendOutCards distributors are as follows:

Weekly Bonuses: Bonus Periods run Tuesday thru Thursday, which pays out on Friday, and Friday thru Monday, which pays out on Tuesday

Monthy Commissions: Bonus period run during the calendar month. Monthly commissions are paid on the 10th of the following month.

EXAMPLE: Bob enrolls a new Marketing Bundle on a Tuesday. The bonus period runs Tuesday thru Thursday. The qualification period used to determine Bob's payout would be35 days back from, Thursday, which is the end of the bonus period. Any qualified bonuses would be paid on Friday.

EXAMPLE 2: To determine Bob's monthly commission eligibility. The last 35 from the last day of the month would be used as the qualification period. Any qualified commissions would be paid out on the 10th of the following month.

How often is the dashboard updated?

The dashboard is updated once every 24 hours in the overnight hours (USA Time Zone). Note that same day orders may not appear on the dashboard until the overnight update takes place.

How do I read the dashboard?

The dashboard displays your current qualifications for the current bonus period. The dashboard is broken into different sections. The top section displays current qualifications for commission and/or bonus payouts. The bottom portion displays current qualifications towards the next rank advancement.

Commission/Bonus Payout Qualification SendOutCards has different qualification levels. This portion of the dashboard will show your qualification standing at the various levels, towards your goal of being fully qualified. This will ensure that you are eligible to receive all available earned commissions and/or bonuses. Additional details regarding the different qualification levels may be found on page 5 of the Compensation Plan Details.

A- Level 1 Personal & Customer Qualifying Volume (PCQV) - Personally Qualified Comprised of qualified purchases made by a distributor and their direct customers in the current qualification period. In order for a distributor to be Personally Qualified they must have at least 31 in Personal and Customer Qualifying Volume (PCQV). 

B- Level 2 Personal & Customer Qualifying Volume (PCQV) - Group Qualified Comprised of qualified purchases made by a distributor and their direct customers in the current qualification period. In order for a distributor to be Group Qualified they must have at least 93 in Personal and Customer Qualifying Volume (PCQV).

Note: A distributor may only personally contribute up to 31 in PCQV towards this qualification. The remaining volume must come from direct customers.

C- Level 3 Personal & Customer Qualifying Volume (PCQV) - Rank Qualified Comprised of qualified purchases made by a distributor and their direct customers in the current qualification period. In order for a distributor to be fully PCQV Rank Qualified, they must meet the PCQV requirement for their highest earned rank. The PCQV requirement for each rank is as follows:

Manager: 124
Senior Manager: 217
Executive: 310
Senior Executive: 403
Eagle: 496 

Note: A distributor may only personally contribute up to 31 in PCQV towards this qualification. The remaining volume must come from direct customers.

D- Group Qualified Volume (GQV) - Rank Qualified Comprised of total qualified purchases made by a distributor, their direct customers, and levels 1-7 of the distributor's organization, in the current qualification period. In order for a distributor to be fully GQV Rank Qualified, they must meet the GQV requirement for their highest earned rank. The GQV requirement for each rank is as follows:

Manager: 500
Senior Manager: 2,000
Executive: 10,000
Senior Executive: 50,000
Eagle: 100,000  

Note: A distributor may only personally contribute up to 31 in GQV towards this qualification. The remaining volume must come from direct customers.
