WHY ARE YOU CLOSING THE MELBOURNE WAREHOUSE?

The Melbourne Office was originally opened to provide on the ground support and training to SendOutCards distributors and customers in Australia. Due to the ever-changing nature of our business, the global access that people now have to support, and the emergence of strong leaders in Australia, the Melbourne office has basically morphed into a mail processing center. 

SO, WHAT EXACTLY WILL CHANGE?

The current process:

  • We print cards that are going to AU. 
  • We overnight them and they are received in the Melbourne office. 
  • Cards ONLY are sent to a local postal agent, they are stamped and put into Australia Post for delivery.
  • Cards with AU ONLY gifts are separated out and processed and then put into Australia Post for delivery. 
  • All cards with US Gifts are sent to directly to the recipient from Salt Lake City.

We’ve tracked this process and determined that all cards with gifts are received by the AU recipient at approximately the same time, regardless of whether they were shipped from USA or the Melbourne Office. 

The new process:

  • We print cards that are going to AU. 
  • We overnight them and they are received by a local postal agent and they are stamped and put into Australia Post for delivery. 
  • All cards with gifts will be shipped directly from our Salt Lake City headquarters.

WILL MY CARD DELIVERY BE DELAYED?

Not at all! The process for AU cards is exactly the same.

WILL WE STILL HAVE ACCESS TO AU ONLY GIFTS?

Since only 6% of ALL gifts sent to AU came from the AU gift catalog, all gifts will now be sent from the Salt Lake City Headquarters. We ARE sourcing additional options for AU Gift Cards that can be sent with a card in the future. 

Gifts ordered from AU ONLY inventory will be fulfilled from the Melbourne office until either the stock is depleted or May 31, 2017 – whichever comes first.

WHO WILL WE CONTACT FOR SUPPORT?

You will still have access to the US Support staff. In fact, we have a special PRIORITY HOTLINE LINE set up for Executives and above in Australia. We also have a dedicated support email for ALL OF YOU which is AUSUPPORT@SENDOUTCARDS.COM

All support tickets for Australia will be handled as PRIORITY. Our Support Staff is highly invested in making your experience a pleasurable one. As always, we will continue to serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
