What is the difference between points and expense?
In order to send cards or gifts with the SendOutCards system, you will need both points and expense. Points are used to purchase cards or gifts, while expense is used for postage, gift cards and shipping and handling charges. For more information on point costs, please click here.
During the checkout process, the system will calculate and display the total needed points and/or expense.
You can view your current account balance of points and expense from the, "Manage Points & Expense" option found under the main menu , or by clicking the following link: Manage Points & Expense
