Why can't I select my import file during import process on my MAC?
During the import process, MAC users may find that the file they want to import is grayed out during the import process. Due to browser compatibility issues, the following steps must be followed to select the file and complete the import.
1-You must use Mozilla Firefox to complete the import of contacts. If you use Mozilla Firefox installed on your computer you can do that here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
2-Complete the normal import process outlined on the import overview: How to Import Contacts
3- When you reach step 3, you will notice the file you want to import may be grayed out. On the bottom of the file select page you will need to change the format drop down menu from "all supported types" to "all files" as shown below.
