Each card in your Card History will have a card status. Each of the possible statuses is defined here:

  • Pending: The card has been created and is ready to be sent. When it shows it is pending, you have until 11:59 pm MST, to edit the card.
  • Held: The card has an incorrect address or corrupt picture on the card. The held status allows you to correct the problem and continue sending the card. To see the exact reason it is held, you can hover over the "i" icon near the held status.
  • Fulfilled: The card has been printed, left our facility, and is on its way to the recipient.
