As outlined in sections 6.4-6.6 of the SendOutCards Policies & Procedures, points expire per the guidelines. 

To view your current points balance and the expiration date of those points, click on Account and then click on Payment Settings to the left.  Below the Primary Payment you will see your points balance. If you click on Purchase More you will see the expiration dates of each set of points purchased.
