This is a privacy policy for SendOutCards.com. Our homepage on the web is located at https://sendoutcards.com. Users may opt-in or opt-out of use of their information by sending an email to support@sendoutcards.com. All information collected will be kept confidential except where specifically stated otherwise. You may opt-out of any or all contact with SendOutCards at any time. We never sell or rent your information with any other organizations without your express consent, which you may opt out of at any time. The CCPA privacy policy is an addendum starting at page four below.

In accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB Act), SendOutCards does not and will not disclose nonpublic personal information to any third party in compliance with sections 313.13, 313.14, and 313.15 without the express written permission of the individual involved. SendOutCards does not share or sell publicly available personal information. SendOutCards does not provide for the collection of non-public personal information and does not recommend that such information is kept in a SendOutCards account by an affiliate institution.

A User is a SendOutCards Affiliate or Customer who has paid for SendOutCards services. SendOutCards does not use or access any contact data stored in the User's Relationship Manager unless specifically requested to do so by the User. SendOutCards does not contact, use, or sell contact information stored in the User's Relationship Manager with or for third party advertisements of any kind.

SendOutCards does not currently take steps to respond to browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals as no uniform standard to respond to such signals has been developed at this time.
