Subscription Purchases: All Subscription purchases are non-refundable beginning with the first order following the initial order. Points acquired through subscriptions are not eligible for refunds as these points are included as part of the subscription and not purchased points.

Retail product orders: All orders for unused retail products, including bundles of retail products are refundable for 3 business days*, from date of purchase. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Affiliate Renewal: Upon voluntary cancellation of an Affiliate account. The paid Affiliate renewal is refundable in full.

Gift Store Items: Please contact Support to inquire about your specific gift refund policy.
