Subscription Purchases: All subscription purchases are non-refundable once the first order is placed after the initial subscription purchase.

Retail product orders: All orders for unused retail products, including bundles of retail products, are refundable for three business days* from the date of purchase. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Affiliate Renewal: Upon voluntary cancellation of an Affiliate account, the paid Affiliate renewal is refundable in full.

Gift Store Items: Please contact the Customer Success team to inquire about your specific gift refund policy.
