Subscription Purchases: All Subscription purchases are non-refundable beginning with the first order following the initial order.

Retail product orders: All orders for unused retail products, including bundles of retail products, are refundable for 3 business days* from the date of purchase. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Affiliate Renewal: Upon voluntary cancellation of an Affiliate account, the paid Affiliate renewal is refundable in full.

Gift Store Items: Please contact Support to inquire about your specific gift refund policy.
